Saying Yes

Isn't it true, that the only time you've ever really benefited from anything in your life has been when you said "yes" instead of "no"?

You said "yes" to your marriage and whether you are still happy or not, your marriage brought with it some valuable lessons you would otherwise not have learnt.  You said "yes" to your job which brought in a regular paycheck and probably some new skill sets.  You said "yes" to purchasing your first and subsequent home, to purchasing your car - all things I'm sure you enjoy.

You see, when you say "yes" to people providing you with an opportunity, it's not them you are saying yes to but the opportunity and all the benefits it has to offer.

In life we have things we want to achieve and things we want to attain so if saying yes is going to provide you with those things then you owe it to yourself to take a chance and strive for your goals.

All things good take a commitment and a decision to put in the effort required.

Have you ever noticed how those around you that are the first to judge you for your decisions, are the ones who would never make that decision themselves.

This is often a dilemma in direct marketing but it doesn't have to be.  Remember all the reasons you said "yes" in the first place and keep up the momentum.  Mastermind with the leaders in your chosen field and stay in touch with them.  There is no room for those that say "no" and then begrudge you your "yes".

Life is a journey, not a destination.  Enjoy the journey.
